Responsible for Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank departments with a staff of 29. Responsible for managing day to day departmental operations, staff training and supervision, workflow coordination, employee scheduling, regulatory compliance, records maintenance, and quality assurance.
