Daily Duties at South Bend Medical Foundation:
Drove successful laboratory functioning, specimen testing and maintenance. Monitored safety compliance levels. Participated in controlling R&D Lab costs within the proscribed budget by being cost. Perform all required duties in compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agency requirements related to good and safe laboratory practices, as well as all company rules, regulations, procedures, and policies. Performed DNA, Molecular Biology and Flow Cytometry testing, and varied high-level esoteric analysis as Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) panels, RT-PCR and Genome testing. Wrote and revised policies and procedures as needed. Consulted with pathologists daily.
