Daily Duties at Maxim Staffing Solutions:
-Manage all marketing efforts and prospective business opportunities with new and existing clients -Facilitate all essential communication and relationships with staff, clients and medical facilities -Instill and disseminate all internal compliance initiatives/processes in order to successfully receive Joint Commission Certification -Manage all internal and external sales operations of branch -Maintain all internal and external payroll, billing and AR processes -Structure staffing efficiencies of branch to produce more quality net income results -Direct and track development and growth of all internal staff to enhance opportunities for success; -Supervise all hiring/screening/HR requirements of branch for both internal and external employees
