- Oversaw the formation of a new corporation focusing on the business needs of managed care organizations such as IPAs, MSO’s PHO’s, TPA’s, HMO’s and quickly built the most successful managed care software development firm while holding accountability for recruiting, human resources, administrative services, marketing communications, customer training, and software implementation procedures - Participated in all phases of fund raising activities securing almost $7 million in investments and lines of credit through two significant rounds of funding following several trips to Zurich, Switzerland - Traveled to Buenos Aries and orchestrated entrée to South America and international sales while securing several contracts with Argentinean healthcare unions and establishing essential relationships with numerous healthcare and information system vendors in South America and Europe
