- Spearheaded the successful repositioning of Prime as the preeminent practice management and electronic medical records (EMR) solution while optimizing profitability and growth to ensure positive positioning and regulatory compliance of two mainstay products - Identified and corrected marketing deficiencies and implemented a new corporate image, as well as recommended development changes in compliance with senior and middle management personnel to gain access to new sales segments of the U.S. healthcare market - Recruited, coached, mentored, and managed a new sales team by measuring and quantifying results of sales initiatives while also evaluating the performance of all sales resources by establishing individual quotas, budgets, and other resources to ensure full execution of the business plan and the “Prime Mission” - Successfully boosted sales revenues; launched new “Value Added Reseller Program” establishing new revenue streams and delivering an impact directly to the bottom line; created new “Interactive Marketing Division” focused on delivering online presentations and securing scores of subsequent sales; established key market relationships with vendors, publishers, and market influencers resulting in many articles being published in medical journals and industry publications; orchestrated public speaking engagements on the subject of EMR, HIPPA, and healthcare information technology; secured many center of excellence accounts resulting in a stronger national presence and market awareness; slashed budget in excess of 15% in the first year of strategic plan implementation, exceeding established goals and forecasts through expenditure reductions
