Spearheaded the successful introduction of Nightingale as a leading US practice management, electronic medical records (EMR) solution provider while leveraging the success of this leading application service provider (ASP) from Canada. - Successfully executed on the Vantage Med cross sell strategy that garnered fast results and produced several new early adopters in the US market. - Sold first US EMR clients for this previously unknown vendor in a very mature market. - Achieved selection as vendor of choice by New York Medical Society after many months of extensive analysis, presentations and proposals. - Developed and implemented sales department infrastructure with CRM, Metric reporting, training materials, proposals and helped in design of new website and marketing collateral. - Introduced Nightingale to TIPAA and was as a result recommended to several IPA’s resulting in several long term enterprise opportunities underway. - Developed CD interactive training program for sales executives and successfully implemented online training for all staff. - Recruited, coached, mentored, and managed a new sales team by measuring and quantifying results of sales initiatives while also evaluating the performance of all sales resources by establishing individual quotas
