Oversee the formation of a new corporation focusing on the business needs of physician groups and large regional health initiatives on the selection and implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions, Practice management (PM) solutions, and Health Information Exchange (HIE) solutions. Co-authored the business plan with specific concentration on Millenniums sales and marketing goals. Work closely with several third- party software and service vendors in building a cohesive portfolio of products and services. Act as principle consultant in advising customers on their IT objectives and in managing their third party vendor relationships. . Supervise the successful training and implementation of third party software applications on behalf of customers and in support of third party vendor partners. Successfully built and managed the Millennium Associate Channel of sales professionals across the country. Signed several third party vendor relationships under value added reseller (VAR) or associate agreements with Millennium.
