Daily Duties at Queue Associates:
• Managed multiple, simultaneous MS Dynamics SL implementations in diverse industries across U.S. / Canada – maximizing billable hours for Queue Associates. • Perform business analysis for: systems implementation strategy and customizations development • Convert earlier Solomon databases to latest MS Dynamics SL SQL minimizing data loss and allow for reporting consistency. • Convert/import non-Dynamics SL accounting data/formats allowing for the creation of comparative financial statements from previous years to current year. • Set up user security according to best practices allowing for separation of duties. • Execute go-live systems and customizations testing allowing management to utilize the system within their business processes. • Conduct management and end-user training allowing users to take control of their system and work independently of Queue. • Assist clients in creation of internal procedures documentation • Create financial statements using FRx to meet industry standard and company specific reports. • Create management reports using Crystal allowing users to get to the data as it met their needs.
