Ensure accounts are balanced and assist staff members with look-ups and write-ups. •Assisted with scanning, encoding, and transmitting activities •Developed financial statements, analyzed business trends and daily operating costs •Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual reports summarizing and forecasting company business activities and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations •Evaluated and drafted annual operating and financial budgets, and prepared quarterly variance reports for senior management •Designed and developed an inventory program using Visual Basic to track all waste items, which save the company approximately $90K annually. •performed monthly inventory of store room items to ensure that all adjustments had been done correctly. •Reviewed and approved various purchase orders for discounts and accuracy
