Provide comprehensive operational oversight of pet supply company generating $2.5 Million in annual revenue. Direct and motivate sales team to excel in customer service activities to identify and satisfy a diversity of pet-related needs. Possess full responsibility for bottom-line and P/L results as well as total budget management. Hire, train, and develop sales staff and apply merchandising strategies to increase POS sales volume. Maintain inventory and implement expense control. Managing 35 associates
