Daily Duties at Petco:
Provide comprehensive operational oversight of pet supply company generating $2.5 Million in annual revenue. Direct and motivate sales team to excel in customer service activities to identify and satisfy a diversity of pet-related needs. Possess full responsibility for bottom-line and P/L results as well as total budget management. Hire, train, and develop sales staff and apply merchandising strategies to increase POS sales volume.
