Daily Duties at Dollar Tree:
managing the number one store in the San Diego region, with annual sales of $4.5 million. Also supervising 3 other store locations, each with annual sales of $ 1.5 to $ 2.5 million a year. Responsible for total P/L results of these locations. First year result sales 15% over comp. Shrink control is 0.95 in fiscal year 2008. Currently running a 20% sales increase over last year. Responsible for hiring, promoting, and development of associate in all these locations.
