Certified by the State of Nevada to teach and taught Earth Science, Chemistry and Biology in grades 9-12. Planed lessons based on national, state and local requirements for students. Met with parents to discuss student progress and behavior in classes. Kept detailed records for student attendance, discipline and grades. Researched new methods of teaching difficult subject material to students who needed help, and used multiple methods and alternative teaching materials so all students understood required concepts. Set up and performed laboratories to help students learn material in a hands on method.
