Daily Duties at Service Link:

In addition to my prmary duties as a TSG searcher, I also designed, introduced and implemented paperless procedure for entire production process of ServiceLink TSG center. System included customized interactive PDF forms, staff training manuals and step-by-step procedure & system improvement suggestions
