Managed day-to-day operations of program for 150 lawyers representing more than 45 countries. Handled student issues, Visas, applications, and academic advisement. Contributed to the admissions and scholarship awards processes. Marketed the program overseas and maintained close relationships with outside organizations such as the Open Society Institute, the Muskie Fellowship Program, and ABA Central and East European Law Initiative (CEELI). Supervised student assistants. Key Contributions: • Instrumental in elevating the program to achieve international recognition. Worked with director and students, set up procedures, promoted program internationally, and followed up with alumni. • Assisted in the development of an LL.M. Alumni Network comprised of 1,000 lawyers from more than 60 countries. • Designed short-term training programs for foreign scholars in topics such as legal education, human rights, civil liberties, and development bank operations.
