Daily Duties at Randall Funding & Development, Inc:
Work with contract writers to design programs and competitive applications for client cities and counties throughout the United States in areas of justice, environment, social issues, domestic preparedness, community development and related issues. Conduct needs assessments for new clients. Develop procedures, reports and documents to meet client needs. Conduct research for clients concerning federal funding opportunities. Supervise a 5 employees, 25 contract writers and 3 contract sales personnel. Key Contributions • Direct daily operations and implemented strategy for American Reinvestment & Recovery Act • Responsible for directly working with clients. Directly manage largest clients. • Manage client relations and a staff of employees, contract writers and sales contractors • Personally Secured more than $15.0 million in federal, foundation and state grants for clients through grant writing efforts.
