Performed a variety of material and inventory control functions, including cycle count program analysis and Reconciliation as well as preparing weekly reports and graphs to track monthly performance. * Manage and review the cycle count program in three different locations, valued at approximately $14 million. Brought IRA Finished Goods and Subassembly percentage up from 75% to 98.5%, decreasing dollar adjustments to under $1000 monthly. * Monitor data entry transactions for completeness prior to daily counts, consistently at 99% Accuracy rate. * Set up and on-going audit program with cost accounting that measures cycle count and inventory Balance. This resulted in changing the periodic audit due to the high level of accuracy achieved. * Maintain effective feedback communication with buyers and planners to correctly establish material and proper documentation in the ASK MANMAN system. * Respond to questions regarding customer orders and train employees on inventory control Procedures in the ASK MANMAN system. * Assisted the company in a period of reduced manpower by performing a full range of jobs handling lead functions for six weeks while doing regular job. * Promoted to this position from Lead for consistently handling multiple task and performing outstanding quality work.
