Proven to be a solid contributor to the success Milan has made, helping the company maintain an accurate Inventory in Small parts and Finished Goods. * Quickly turn the job from that of Data Entry and inventory Analyst to a Materials Supervisor. * Helped reduce the number of inventory dollars adjusted in Small Parts Department ($2 million and over 1300 part numbers), identifying errors, analyze and finding solutions in this area. * Set up procedures and work instructions for cycle counting to ensure all incoming material, work order kitting and paperwork flow, and transactions are played correctly. * Established a solid cycle count program with a 99.8% inventory record accuracy in Small Parts. * Monitor all data entry transactions for completeness prior to daily counts, consistently at 99% accuracy rate. * Work with Purchasing, Planning and sub-contractors to resolve variances and shortages in work orders. * Trained and helped other departments to identify error in BaaN system. *Worked with Accounting and PriceWaterhouse Coopers (outside auditor) to become exempt from physical inventory in Small Parts to eliminate the need for annual PI. * Achieved in full compliance in preparation for ISO 9000 Certification in Small Parts.
