Daily Duties at Harper Brush – West Stockton, Ca:
Performed primary Production, Inventory and Maintenance functions in three departments (50 crew Shift) Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and monitor implementation of process. * Maintain acceptable efficiency rates in production areas * Coordinate production required to meet daily shipments * Identify and troubleshoot potential production capacity situations. * Generate weekly production efficiency report for Plant Manager. * Monitor compliance with first part inspection procedure to ensure all quality guidelines are in compliance * Ensure all data entry of production receipts and back flush is completed on a daily bases * Coordinate random cycle count program and publish results * Enforce compliance with inventory procedures to maintain target inventory accuracy * Monitor negative balances and floor/wall location balances to provide corrective feedback * Assign maintenance task to maintenance personnel * Establish preventative maintenance schedule and frequency. * Monitor absenteeism and tardiness in areas of responsibility. * Enforce all safety rules and procedures * Handle disciplinary actions for unacceptable behavior * Enforce overtime guidelines established by Plant Manager * Assist in meeting company budgetary requirements.
