Increased their knowledge with accurate and precise information pertaining to large corporate multi-site agreements and any other related contract service questions. • Assisted contract service team members on multi-site quotes in an expeditious manner as purchase orders can be achieved by Rockwell Field Agents from the customer, which increased profitability.
