• Creating, maintaining and updating of 20 plus reconciliation reports. • Responsible for updating and maintaining work instructions for various internal reports. • Coordinating and gathering of data from various internal departments for specific client audits. • Trained other users on the functionality of multiple reconciliation reports. • Evaluation and analysis of financial files and invoices for the invoicing department. • Liaison for external clients on a daily basis by assisting and resolving client issues. • Client Relations and Audit Management. • Creating and maintaining work instructions for internal staff. • Policy documentation.
