Managed staff of five consisting of senior financial analysts and financial analysts. Monitored and communicated the results of monthly sales market targets to senior management staff, emphasis placed on the management of profitability performance to budget and forecasts. Performed annual budget and mid-year re-forecasting process, including sales targets, expense and revenue allocations. Approval authority of up to $100,000 for market expenditure and indirect dealer lines of credit requests.
