Daily Duties at Vanguard:

Address and resolve customer-related issues and apply a solution-based approach in analyzing information gathered from customers, co-workers inside and outside the department, and / or third parties involved. Coordinate with clients through phone calls and obtain all necessary information associated in each case, handling 20 to 25 cases daily with continuous turnover. Develop written reports for each case outlining the details of an issue and the steps or procedures in order to resolve these problems in timely and efficient manner. Continuously develop and broaden knowledge of the company’s services, procedure, systems, and products.
