Daily Duties at Baylor Health Care Sys.:
Decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of Instrumentation, supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices. Initiates case carts for Surgical Services. i also sterilize the instrumentation used in the OR, have the experiences too use steam sterilizers, washer sterilizer, sterrad, ETO and flashers sterilizers. I know how too the biologicals read for the steam sterilizers, ETO sterilizers, and sterrad. I am familiar with most vendor companies such has Synthes, Stryker, Stryker leibinger, W. Lorenz, etc.
