Drive improvements in service level, inventory and cost by advancing the forecasting process for a $2B business unit.  Delivered overall forecast improvements of 12% resulting in over $30 million in inventory reductions.  Implemented an innovative forecasting solution for retail accounts leveraging customer Point of Sale (POS) information and statistical forecasting techniques to improve forecast accuracy.  Lead teams delivering best-in-class customer collaboration processes resulting in improved service levels, relationships and almost $2 million in increased profitability.  Developed best practices and provided consulting globally with other Black and Decker regions to implement tools to improve forecast accuracy throughout the company.
