Daily Duties at Multi National Force Iraq:
Provided leadership in joint service environment as NCOIC. Responsible for all correspondence including evaluations, leave, R&R passes, and awards as well as operational capability of Joint NetOps Control Command-Iraq. Performed clerical support in accordance with procedures and practices within established guidelines. Ensured that all personnel within JNCC properly negotiated the leave process in Iraq to ensure that they got the preferred leave and R&R dates. Heavily relied upon to expedite new personnel through the MNF-I check-in process regardless of rank or branch of service. JNCC's Information Maintenance Officer, providing keen attention to detail in identifying and resolving computer issues on three networks. Served as scheduler and technician for over 50 high-level video teleconferences between the Iraq theatre and worldwide. Created and implemented numerous programs to improve working conditions at JNCC. Simplified and expanded the process of procuring supplies and furniture at Camp Victory, earning qualification as JNCC's first Field Ordering Officer. Researched, negotiated and implemented a cost-effective building custodian contract for the JNCC facility. Designed, implemented, and daily maintained a "night orders" program, providing the JNCC Director with updates on NetOps related developments throughout Iraq. Responsible for expanding a process that ensures that each member of JNCC is positively safe and accounted for following enemy attack.
