Daily Duties at West Com Corp:
Managed backbone orders from the network design group. Communicated with key contacts from external carrier partners to obtain backbones and ensure endlink installation. Allocated tasks to the test and turn up group, including deploying field technicians to customer sites. Tracked and evaluated test results
