Daily Duties at Ameritech Knowledge Data:
Customer Support Programmer/Analyst of the KDS Clinical Laboratory System and Patient Care Management System (PCMS) for dozens of clients across the country as well as one in Saudi Arabia. Completed the 5.4 version of the Clinical Laboratory System including documentation (technical/operational/installation). Supported the Cincinnati office and their clients. Trained programmers from other offices. Environment: six processor CLX Guardian 90 C30, Pathway, SCOBOL, COBOL85, SQL and TMF.
