Daily Duties at Security Plastics, Inc.:

Managed temporary personnel and ' workers' compensation programs Maintained, analyzed and generated records required by law, governing bodies or internal personnel. Developed New Hire orientation, Benefits orientation. Trained supervisors and facilitated round table discussions between supervisors and employees to resolve issues. Organized and coordinated company events such as picnics, retirement and holiday parties and annual award dinners. Acted as HR Manger and benefits supervisor in the absence of permanent personnel.
