. Service the Tri-County. Direct and oversee activities for catering and promotional events. Manage staff in handling arrangement. Plan and execute of sponsored events. Establish, implement, and enforce catering policy and practice. Oversee and execute contract and payment. Oversee the servicing of clients and solicit catering business. Assisted Executive Chef with catering menu and cost. Oversee daily operations including ordering supplies, set up and break down of events. Monitor financial statements, ensuring payroll is inline with revenue and oversee budget.
