Daily Duties at Univerisity Of Phoenix:
Serving the national region of students completed graduate school. Provide doctoral program information to potential students. Advise learners on program admissions requirements. Pre-evaluate transcripts and enrollment documents for pre-admissions requirements, including verify NSLDS report. Provide customer service to assist students through the application/enrollment process. Assist students by providing counseling/mentoring and support their first class through residency. Actively contact potential new students, provide customer service/advertisement through voice-to-voice and email contact. Ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate course.
