HIGHLIGHTS:  Mentored and motivated independent contractor teams to achieve optimal performance in a multi-million dollar environment.  Successfully achieved and maintained 99.7% controllable delivery service level and 95% overall service level.  Designed and implemented procedures to minimize claims acceptance to 0%.  Coordinated and organized accurate contractor controls to achieve 99.75% DOT compliance.  Surpassed budgeted profit by 24% and exceeded all 15 yearly KPIs.  Played a pivotal role in the optimization of agent operations and overall success of agent markets. SOUTHEAST REGION SAFETY COORDINATOR Served as Southeast Region Safety Coordinator/Key Coordinator of safety awareness and compliance of 15 accounts in Southeast Region. Prioritized and ensured DOT compliance of every site. Organized and efficiently tracked safety reports, HOS reports, safety audits, inspection, and maintenance records. Actively participated in national safety awareness workshop and co-authored projects, processes and procedures to eliminate backing and hitting stationary object accidents. HIGHLIGHTS:  Mediated and resolved all NEAR and HMD reports, then conveyed them to senior management.  Collaborated to reduce backing accidents by 400%.
