HIGHLIGHTS:  Directed independent contractor delivery team from market conversion to top-performing terminal in region, with 0% turnover.  Attained 99.66% overall service level and less than 0.10% customer inquiry percentage.  Company leader in delivery metrics and budget achievement, including surpassing budgets in every month of 2009, and into 2010.  Created cost reduction controls including new driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR) resulting in over $10,000 in savings for company.  Created process improvement tools for other terminals in region to achieve greater on-time delivery, GPS compliance and other operational metrics.
