Established and lead new product development team for new spool valve. Worked with outside vendors to optimize part design. Led team of assembly, machine shop and quality assurance to reduce cost of dust excluder 15%. Designed and tested low pressure actuated valve. Used CAD Models to purchase SLA (Stereo Lithography) prototype parts. Worked with outside vendors to improve producibility and lower costs of parts.
