Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Member of Program Lead Team in the development and production of two 17um Infrared Weapons Sights. Work with design engineers to assure producibility of design. Develop assembly processes and documentation for government contracts. Work with mechanical, electrical and systems engineers and software team to meet cost targets. Technical Operations internal consultant to Engineering and Systems Department for 17um development project. Organized design seminar that lead to first new sight design in 5 years Wrote leak specification uniting requirements for sight and its subcomponents coherently Designing tools for assembly of new sights Wrote assembly documentation for built of three sights Supervise build of prototype sights
