Daily Duties at Cpm Plus:

Site in Richland, Washington responsibilities were to develop, program and transition the Fabrication Services Department from Timeline to Primavera Finest Hour scheduling software. Other tasks included were to maintain, analyze, train personnel in the Scheduling Department, and develop all Fabrication Shop Department cost/resource loaded schedules and to develop meaningful analysis/earned value reports for management. At Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico, I provided program/project management support and helped to develop Project Controls Procedures. Other responsibilities included developing and maintaining detailed resource/cost loaded schedules of the waste streams. Applied major and minor milestones to the schedules so that all Waste Management activities conducted were in full compliance with applicable Department of Energy, Federal and State regulations. Other contracts were with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory – Yucca Mountain Projects, San Diego Water District – Design Phase of the Mission Bay Pipeline, and Metropolitan Water District – Design and Construction of the Domenigoni Valley Reservoir. Responsibilities of the above contracts related to developing and maintaining resource/cost loaded schedules. Status progress reports were developed, generated and distributed.
