 Posting cash from online bank reports and ensuring that cash posted in the general ledger agrees with cash posting summaries received from Treasury department  Multiple account reconciliations encompassing marketable securities, intangibles, money market accounts, and accrued liabilities  Monthly prepaid audit to make sure that prepaids are expensed appropriately and all support is in the prepaid binders  Managing vendor setup process to ensure vendors are setup timely and accurately  U.S. and Canada General ledger to probusiness payroll processor to ensure the probusiness reports tie to the payroll postings in the general ledger  Assist with audit requests on an as needed basis  Accrual support and reconciliation for accrued corporate costs  Completion of selected census forms
