Recruited by this Executive Search Services firm to manage business development in the Marketing & Advertising sector. • Instrumental in developing new business and growing existing business. • Directed the hiring process with each candidate from first point of contact through salary negotiations and placement. • Obtained defined job orders with detailed job description from agency Managing Director or Account department heads. • Identify, source, screen candidates through various channels including: internet, attending network meeting and events, through relationship building and referrals. National clientele included major agencies as well as client-side accounts including but not limited to: Foote Cone & Belding, Saatchi & Saatchi, Razorfish, Modem Media, Ogilvy & Mather, The Northface, IBM and Wells Fargo Bank. Surpassed quota by 112% my first year.
