• Recruited by this leading provider of recognition and service awards firm to plan, direct and coordinate all business development for both new and established clients for the Northwestern Region. • Responsible for presenting strategic solutions designed to enhance behaviors while reducing total recognition cost by 10 to 20% and improving program impact. • Responsible for providing training tools to assist and support managers and supervisors with effective know how in the recognition area. • Teamed with design group and manufacturing in designing jewelry awards better suited toward West Coast corporate culture and demographics. • Partnered with marketing, customer service and IT in designing platform to include integrated surveys, data integration and built-in communication capabilities. • Took part in The Robbins/Nelson Motivation alliance, the only solution in that marketplace that can measure the impact of recognition on performance. • Oversaw research on Recognition & Reward trends and Best Practices. • Clients included Boeing, Verizon, Ford, Coca Cola and Proctor & Gamble.
