Daily Duties at Ru Sport:
•Created and implemented operations budget up to $10M USD •Tracked and Reported budget on a weekly basis •Implemented Purchasing/Inventory software program and inventory control •Responsible for negotiating with vendors and implementing contracts •Implemented protocol for individual departments •Integral member of recruitment team for suitable candidates to add to our winning team •Responsible for setting up internal Travel Department •Primary contact with governing body logistics staff •Primary liaison with competitors, suppliers and service providers for all events •Day to Day interdepartmental communication and coordination •Calendar planning and forecasting on an ongoing basis •Transportation – Federal compliance of tractor trailers, Driver trip reports, Drug Testing, Driver Log Books
