Daily Duties at Pacific Coast Motorsports:

•Created and implemented annual operating budgets up to $12M USD •Managed, maintained and reported monthly P & L s •Implemented and conducted weekly budget meetings with Owner, CFO and department heads •Managed and grow team from 7 to 40 people in one year period •Implemented and managed purchasing systems and negotiated all vendor contracts. •Managed all purchasing/material activities including general purchasing, subcontract, resources, financial controls and material management •Created Organization charts and recruited specialized staff as required •Responsible for company’s organizational growth. Including introduction of new departments and department heads •Developed and implemented policies, procedures and developed employee handbook •Created Travel department for both domestic and international •Managed secretarial and accounting staff •Responsible for Merchandising and Internal clothing •Responsible for Hospitality at events •Clothing – In charge of ordering and approving samples •Clothing – Design and Purchasing of all team apparel •Conducted Media interviews and live TV interviews
