Daily Duties at Saint Laurence High School:
Private, parochial, all boys’ high school with 1,700 students, 50 coaching staff, and 12 athletic units. Supervised all athletic events for program, including scheduling competitions, overseeing logistics, and coordinating transportation. Outlined and executed program budgets, monitored expenditures, and set financial goals. Defined resource and equipment needs and orchestrated procurement strategies. Prospected for, developed, and managed coaching staff. Spearheaded initiatives to invite and host top college recruiters to organization. Monitored athlete academic performance to ensure university eligibility. Administered all athletic events. Planned and supervised open houses to recruit new students. Served as Vice President and Treasurer of Catholic League, establishing financial plans and successfully administering organization’s budget and expenditures. • Maintained high enrollment levels in a period of decline through outstanding relationship building, strategic networking, and community outreach.
