Daily Duties at Cydcor:

• Sold business services and merchandise/acquired new customers for Quill Office Supplies (a Staples subsidiary) and Innovative Merchant Solutions (an Intuit company) going from door to door without making appointments, following leads from management, other workers, and from 'smothering and covering' one's territory in 4-6 week cycles • Contacted individuals previously solicited in person, by telephone, and by mail to close sale in person, that day with a 72% closing ratio • Interviewed, trained and managed all new hires and account managers and achieved significant improvements in their productivity. • Structured and maintained a personal, team (5+ individuals), and business sales production on a daily and weekly basis • Oversaw interviewing and training of sales reps on all B2B marketing processes through creative drills and daily/weekly evaluation of goals • Responsible for 37-45% of new accounts generated by office on both campaigns by both personal and team's production
