• Successfully recruited and placed high-level healthcare professionals (i.e. Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Chief Nursing Officers) in a variety of settings throughout the country • Contacted employers to solicit orders for job vacancies, determined their requirements and recorded relevant data such as job descriptions. • Evaluated selection and testing techniques by conducting research and follow-up activities and conferred with management and supervisory personnel. • Reviewed employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements, using manual and computerized file searches. • Re-negotiated existing contingency agreements with companies from 10-15% to 20-25% to achieve better margins and attract higher quality applicants
