Daily Duties at Wellness Coalition America:

• Responsible for the direct solicitation of C-Level executives of companies to purchase a variety of onsite wellness solutions ranging from health screenings to onsite employee health clinics • Advised clients regarding onsite clinic layout, legal and insurance regulations, cost analysis, and collection methods. • Asked to take on the job of Director of Clinician Recruitment in addition that of Marketing Executive in November 2009 during a period of restructuring • Wrote, designed and produced an onsite clinician recruitment process to ensure that quality talent was acquired and maintain • Trained a small in-house team to screen and credential all onsite clinician applicants • Successfully handled the addition of recruitment duties without letting sales diminish through the establishment of weekly inter-departmental meetings and strategic/targeted account selling • Negotiated service agreements with clients and external employee (onsite clinicians) compensation packages to ensure that our profit margins were maintained • Generated 190K in new business revenue since coming on board in February 2009
