Daily Duties at The Faneuil Group:

Responsibilities & Deliverables • Supervised staff of 11 within Human Resources, Training and Administration • Responsible for all aspects of benefits administration • Developed, communicated, and implemented 90% of policies used at the facility • Spearheaded project to redesign & rewrite the Employee Manual standardizing policies across the company • Responsible for the training function for all Telephone Service Representatives • Investigated and resolved all employee relations issues • Negotiated with outside vendors for temporary help and supplemental employee benefits • Trained supervisors on policy administration and other human resource issues • Developed performance management system to document employee progress & compensation • Developed employee relations programs and rewards • Responsible for the payroll function for all hourly associates and management • Managed the unemployment claims function within high turnover environment • Initiated contacts with Florida state Jobs and Benefits offices to recoup over $100,000 in training costs
