Ended 04/15/2003 Started 0207/200 Electronic Data Systems Lead Account Manager-Commercial Card Services Group-Responsible for the process of 5 corporate banks commercial cards. Managing the request for purchasing, business and fleet master card or visa cards. Managing the internal technical staff in development, testing and documenting requirements for each request, worked closely with each bank to ensure complete satisfaction. Duties consist of: Project management, business analysis, business development, delivering product timely, build relationship with corporate bank managers, problem solving, team player. Ended 04/11/1997 Started 06/18/2004 Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Lead Cash Analyst – Consumer Network Services Group-Responsible for daily operations of a team of 7 Cash Analyst which managed the cash for over 3200 ATMs in 15 states. Ensured the team managed couriers on a daily basis by reconciling their courier’s daily routes. Conducted surprised audits twice a year on each courier to verify proper policies and procedures are in place and all funds are accountable. Duties were: Leading and development employees, training, verifying each employee was building strong client relationships, verified procedures and policies were in place, prove in problem solving, time management, lead meetings, traveled 35% to couriers. Ended 06/07/1994 Started 08/17/1987 Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Credit Coordinator – Technical Products Division-Managed 100+ accounts ensuring the client is satisfied with the product, service and training and if there are any issued I was responsible to work with the client until complete satisfaction. Proactive in providing direct customer service to ensure minimal interruptions of payment and services. Evaluate and analyzed client’s credit worthiness to set up credit limits on each client. Duties consist of: project management, collections, problem.
