Daily Duties at Ibm / Spherion:
Provided technical support staff to IBM for large accounts: Lucent Technologies, Avaya, WaMu, GE, U.S. Forest Service, JPMorgan Chase. Negotiated third party contracts for help desk resource allocation(s) and account management. Oversaw all financials including AR/AP, payroll, billing, financial reporting and analysis and lead call center staff of 43 technical agents that consistently met and exceeded established goals.
