As Director I had responsibility for the entire Eastern United States developers, integrators and project managers as well the entire CTI Lab where 22 developers created our own Dialect Suite of CTI products. At Williams I was tasked with creating the Williams Office of Project Management and a two week course that all PM's had to attend. In the nine years I worked the company was bought out multiple times but I retained my job and even advanced in the new organization. I only left becasue a competitor offered me more money and a chance for greater advancement.
