Daily Duties at Co Bank:
Responsible for all aspects of CoBank Customer Relations and Operations in accordance to all established Key Performance Indicators set by U.S. Farm Credit Administration. Assisted in operational efficiency improvement from 96% to 98.6%, during first 7 months in position, while managing a staff of 6 employees. Facilitated all training to staff, and analyzed all documented policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance with U.S. Farm Credit System. Implemented a Customer Relations recognition and philanthropic program within first 4 months in this role.
