Daily Duties at Shared Technologies:

7x24 365 day responsibility for customer's AT&T and Countrywide Home Loan/Bank of America. Also during this time period I consistently multitasked as a Project Manager for our high visibility customers with complex installations and upgrades. I did all of this from Los Angeles going to specific sites for meetings or cutovers. I received the highest praise from AT&T saying I turned their account around 100% and from Bank of America saying a 27 installation and upgrade project was flawless. As PM for Stanford University my team received the highest score ever achieved, 9.7 on a scale of 10. None of my projects came in late or over budget.
